How to shower you way to glowier, healthier skin

Let’s face it – the layers of clothing we bundled ourselves up in during the cold winters were probably just an excuse for the laziness and lack of effort we put into body care and daily showers. But with warmer weather creeping up on us, it’s now time for the glowing goddess inside all of us to wake from winter slumber. How can we do this? We’ve collected a few top shower tips, and a great product recommendation, to keep you on a path towards glowier, healthier skin for the upcoming spring and summer!

1. Keep it cool.

Skipping and shower here and there, or even showering 2-3 times a week, won’t be life threatening.

3. Hair first, body last.

But don’t let all your effort go to waste. Pay attention to the order of your steps.

Always wash your body after you’ve rinsed away all the shampoo and conditioner from your hair and body. Doing so before washing your hair can leave residue that will end up clogging the pores, leading to oiliness and even breakouts on sensitive areas like the chest, shoulders, and back.
